View Larger If you know 2 things about me by now it should be that
A) I love bacon.
2) I’m not a great cook. (and that may be the understatement of the year)
So I heard about this bacon spread from Skillet Street Food and I figured if I can put this on some meat and cook it up, there’s no way to go wrong here. I tried it the other day on a cut of pork loin and it’s yummmmyyy. Imagine pork, cooked in pork. It’s heavenly. I only had a sample size so I could only cook 2 pieces of meat before I ran out but there are a few recipes on their website that I want to try including mixing the bacon spread with cream cheese. May sound crazy to you but that actually sounds like my ideal bagel spread. So yea, if you want to check out recipes and other spreads they have click the link below.
FYI, I just found out I can get this at DiBruno Brothers (all 4 stores carry it so I’ll be doing that on my lunch break tomorrow…)
